Description:

The dynamic panel system is a conceptual interface for desktops or tablets. The most unique part of the interface is how the panels are not separate, but rather a “system” which allows information and controls to be visible on all edges of the screen. Finding myself frustrated in the way that computer interfaces either show too much or too little, I have tried not to resort to either of these extremes. Instead, it shows only what you want, when you want.

It's a lot like GNOME-Shell, but with the menu there at the side, and the always-viewable dock thing, it is different.
I'd like to know how this all works, do you think you could add a little more to the description, like, say, the workspace switcher comes out if you mouse over to the screen edge, or something?

If there was no comment that there was a PDF under download link, I also did not know how it works. It's better to note that the Download link is for example: "download PDF with desciption" or "PDF descibing functionality" or something.
