Comic Icons Package

I didn't know of an easier way to do it, so I painstakingly went in and renamed every icon in the "Comic Icons LNX" package, and organized them into directories based on Crystal Icons. The "index.theme" file is also just a modified theme from Crystal (for non-English users the package will translate as "Crystal Icons", since the strings need to be translated).

This package is far from perfect, since for some of the icons I couldn't quite find the right association, and others may be used inappropriately (i.e kmenu), but at least it works somewhat. Hopefully the original author adds more icons as well :-)

- Numerous organizational changes
- Creation of a number of appropriate redundant associations
- Modified index.theme strings somewhat (still needs translations)
