Description:

Bangarang is a media player for KDE. The name comes from the Jamaican word for noisy, chaos or disorder.

Feedback and patches are definitely welcome. Packaging contributions are also welcome. I only ask one thing: please be respectful. I do this in my spare time and, as such, I'd like to keep my motivation up.

The source code is maintained on http://gitorious.org/bangarang and anyone interested in helping is certainly welcome.

Please report bugs to http://code.google.com/p/bangarangissuetracking/issues/list

Thanks much for your help!

Right now I'm not using it, but I know you did a great job with nepomuk. I think this is the best. I like this app.

Great job. I'll wait news about this software.

 some things

Hello

Great app. I like so much, but I am having some annoying behaviours:

*)I had a lot of music indexed in bangarang, few days later I removed some songs from my hard disk. The problem is many of those erased mp3 files are still indexed on bangarang. I am tried erasing the folder .kde4/share/apps/bangarang but it did not work. The app still has indexed the named files.

*)The playlist is not kept playing. So then, I must do click over each song when the previous one has finished. (this is very annoying)

I am on Archlinux x86, KDE 4.8.3 and I am using the latest git commit of Bangarang

Greetings

This might not be about Bangarang, but about Nepomuk. I had similar issues with other applications using Nepomuk.
