Thank you for making one of a very few usable gtk-3 + gtk-2 themes. It is a good windows-clone.

I really hope you continue to update it when the Gnome devs decides to break all the gtk-3 themes next time, which should be any day now!

I don't know yet. It depends on how much or less complicated it wold be to write a gtk4 Theme and how many options i could use.It took for example over 3 hours to set the gnome fallback panel style. And that only because the gnome dev files have been really really incomplete. But of course i will try to write a gtk4 theme when gtk4 is used on ubuntu.

Linux is an stable OS.I personally hate windows 7, because it costs money.I only liked to make something to have a good replacement for the old qvwm ( which imates the look of win 95).And someting like Ylmf OS or Vixta but based on gtk3.
There are also some people who like to have win 7 too look like ubuntu maveric . Why not a w7 theme for Ubuntu 12.10 ??

Why ? To make people a little less scared of Linux. People get "lost" when the looks are different.

yes thats what i meant. Seeing your screenshots it would be good to insert a spacer in org>gnome>desktop>wm>preferences button-layout preference. You could youse dconf-editor for that.

With cinnamon you could create a closer win7-look as you can see in my screens. But unity and cinnamon conflict a bit 'cause of the different desktop-file managers nemo and nautilus.
So your configuration is a clever compromise between stability and win7 look.
