Description:

Ambiance Blackout Colors Suite Is a stunning fully dark version of the Ambiance Theme. It Comes In 12 Amazing Colors. For Ubuntu, Mint, Arch, Debian Or Any distro. Now Featuring Gnome Shell Support in the 15.04 version!

Now Supports: Ubuntu 15.04, 15.10 Debian 8 And Distros With GTK 3.14 & 3.16. And Other LTS Version fully supports 14.04 LTS 14.10. Mint 17 And Distributions with GTK 3.10-3.12.

This Theme Supports Most GTK 2/3 Desktops:
Including full and tested support for: Unity, Cinnamon, Gnome Classic, Gnome 2 (Mate), XFCE ,LXDE & Openbox desktops. Gnome Shell is now fully supported in 15.04 version and newer.

HEY! Who Turned out the lights?... We did! From the Creators of the Ambiance Colors Suite Theme, Comes... Ambiance Blackout Colors, A totally new, fully dark version of the Ambiance Theme. Yes you herd it right... Ambiance Blackout brings you a fully dark version of Ambiance at long last.

However we don't go crazy with making everything "Too Dark" the theme was designed to be a calm beautiful shade of Dark Grey that is still highly visible and not too dark. We spent lots of time crafting and perfecting things so the theme could be highy usable and buttons and all elements highly visible and clear.

This theme inherits our legacy of Ambiance Colors, It comes in 12 Diffrent Colors. And with Full and tested XFCE & LXDE & MATE Suppport!

Please keep in mind dark themes are historically hard to do, because of the fact most apps and GTK its self really assume you will be using a light theme. And makes things unreadable at times, We have worked to fix most of this but in some cases we simply can't do anything or something needs to be done to the application manually.

This is our first release so we welcome all bug reports and suggestions, However please keep in mind dark themes are a pain to do and some things are out of our control, however we feel one like this needs to be done, We will do our best to address and fix issues But please note that we release on a point number basis, Incrementally with alot of things rolled into one update (We do not often release updates with 1 or 2 fixes simply because it is not feasible for are release cycle, When we release a update we have to update every color individually test everything for regressions etc, Have packages built update webpages etc.)

You Can Get The Humanity Colors Icon Theme that goes with this GTK Theme Here:http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Humanity+Icons+Colors+Version?content=148933

(!)PLEASE NOTE There Are Some NEEDED tweaks for full dark themes like this one, to work 100%, Please see our article for common fixes:
http://www.ravefinity.com/p/dark-theme-fixes.html

This Theme is NOT by the Original Ambiance/Radiance Authors but fallows it very closely for the most part.

Soooo I installed your theme but now my font is white everywhere so on a white background, I obviously can't read it. Why does this crap have to be such a pain? It's ridiculous. I don't know why there can't be a frickin option where I can declare I want x font color!!

I am not sure why it would be all white like that. Unless you are refering to the file manager when using Mate, in that case you need to drag a black or dark background into your file manager window and it fixes it. We can't tell it to do that for some reason sadly.

Will be looking into how to go about doing this.
In the meantime the 15.04 Deb works if you install it.
