Description:

The idea is to allow users to change id3 tags (or whatever they are called for formats different from mp3) by simply dragging and dropping.

See the screenshots for referece:
1) Some Artists are the same but just are spelled differently
2) Drag the once you want to change to the artist you want to change to
3) The \\\"Artist\\\" tag is automatically rewritten and the albums appear under the same artist

Same thing could be applied for albums etc, since some music files come from different sources and don\\\'t have that info integrated. That way it\\\'s easy to reorganize the collection without having to type in the text

PS My appologies if this is the wrong place to post smth like this

PPS Any comments are welcome

 in fact...

in fact I was just playing around with different media software for windows (sorry :) to get see what they offer these days... well I came across Media Center 11 (note: it's not _windows_ media center, it's a 3rd party software), and apparently it has this feature. I really liked how easy it is to organize the collection using that piece of software, so maybe it's smth to look at and improve on when it comes collection manager in Amarok.

PS Aside from a more intuitive way of organizing songs, Amarok wins in every other respect
