This is PenOSmaster, a purple GTK2/GTK3 theme made by dusthillguy aka dust hill resident.
Please note that I don't use GNOME shell, so this theme is really designed for people who don't use GNOME, but do use a few GTK3 programs. But it'll probably work alright in GNOME shell anyway.
:::: IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR GNOME 2 USERS ::::
I understand that there's a problem when using this theme with Metacity, where both active and inactive window title bars have the same colour. This is the result of something I added to the GTK2 gtkrc file to make the title bars look better in xfwm4. Don't worry, just delete the appropriate lines from gtk-2.0/gtkrc and it should work alright.
